Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the service station (including shop, gastronomy,
brush washing system and self-service car wash) - Finding, selecting and managing your staff
- Buying, selling and organization of the whole assortment of goods
- Implementation of national promotion activities
- Compliance with quality standards, visual appearance of the service station and top service
Your qualifications/requirements
- Commercial training and business spirit
- Ideally experience in managing a retail or gastronomic business, a service station or as an independent entrepreneur
- Experience and ability in managing and motivating personnel
- Solid financial base with sufficient available equity capital. In addition, a bank guarantee is required for the sale of fuels; this amount is calculated on the basis of the sales volume. Your do not need to invest in operational facilities, which means that your way to independence carries a low business risk.
